Manipal stops losing tenders it never saw

The challenge

The cost wasn't a line item. It was opportunities never even seen.

Manipal's business-development team competes for government and enterprise contracts worth crores. The opportunities are real, but finding them is brutal.

Tenders and RFPs are published across 500+ separate portals, central and state government, PSUs, private buyers, each with its own format, login, and posting rhythm. The only way to keep up was manual: trawl, skim, download, read dense RFPs, decide whether to bid.

No team can monitor 500 portals by hand. Relevant tenders slipped through unseen, and when one was caught, qualifying it meant reading 60-100 pages to find the eligibility, scope, and deadline. The clock was already running.

The solution · how it works

One agent runs the whole discovery-and-qualification loop.

We embedded a Forward Deployed Engineer with the BD team to map the workflow, then built Tender CoPilot on Gantry, and reported it back where the team already works.

01
It watches everything.
Continuously scans 500+ tender portals for new postings, coverage no human team could sustain.
02
It judges relevance, not keywords.
Each posting is semantically ranked against Manipal's actual business profile, the right tenders, not every matching word.
03
It reads the whole RFP so the team doesn't.
The full document set becomes a queryable knowledge base, ask "what's the eligibility, the deadline, the criteria?" and get answers without opening a PDF.
04
It comes to you.
Every relevant find lands as a structured Teams alert, relevance score, source portal, summary, full RFP one question away.

Why it works

A wider net and a sharper filter.

More coverage usually means more noise. Semantic ranking gives both: every portal watched, only the right tenders surfaced.
Discovery that depended on someone checking a portal now lands in Teams the same day.
Built on Gantry: every action permission-checked and recorded, the baseline for an enterprise this regulated.

In their words

"Our team was spending its best hours hunting for tenders instead of winning them. Tender CoPilot flipped that, the relevant opportunities now find us, and we can interrogate an RFP in seconds. It's the first time we've felt ahead of the volume."

This is for you if…

…your business chases tenders, RFPs, or grants across many sources.

Your team's time disappears into finding and reading them. We don't advise on AI, we embed our engineers and ship it.
