What is an AI automation platform?
An AI automation platform is an operations platform built around how your business actually runs. It moves the operational core out of spreadsheets, WhatsApp and paper into one system of record, then adds automated data capture, plain-language answers and AI agents on the data it collects.
Do we have to move off SAP, Tally or our ERP?
No. Finance stays on your ERP and payroll on your HRMS. The platform integrates with both and takes on the operational core, the part that varies by your business and that an ERP fits poorly.
How long until the first phase is live?
Weeks, not quarters. We agree a fixed scope for phase one in a written specification before the build, then build to it with Spec-Driven Development, so the platform is in use and earning trust quickly.
When do we get the AI?
As soon as the platform holds structured data. Phase two automates data capture from email, documents and camera feeds, and lets leaders ask a question in plain words and get the answer on their phone. Phase three adds AI agents that run whole workflows. Agents need that data to act on, which is why most mid-market digital transformation should start with the system of record.
