What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that completes a whole task, not just a conversation. It takes a request, reads the systems the job needs, decides within rules you set, acts, and hands over to a person when judgement is needed.
What is agentic AI, and how is it different from a chatbot?
Agentic AI takes actions; a chatbot only answers. An agentic AI system runs a workflow end to end, reading documents, updating your CRM or ERP and writing back into your systems, with every action permission-checked and logged.
How long does AI agent development take?
