Why we exist

Indian enterprise does not lag this time.

India has been late to every major technology shift — the internet, cloud, mobile. Each time the catch-up took a decade, and the value of moving early went to someone else. AI is the first shift where that does not have to happen. The frontier models arrive in Hyderabad the same day they arrive in San Francisco.

What is missing is not access, budget or belief. It is a partner who can carry a business from intent to running systems. That is the firm we built. Telling the problems worth solving apart from the ones that only look it — a digitisation problem needs a system of record, a non-deterministic one needs an agent. Most teams cannot make that cut from inside.

A system that works is still hard to take up. People fall back to the old way unless the engineer who built it sits with the first users, tuning it against real work. This is why we stay after go-live.
