Engineering the next era of Aerospace with AI
We help aerospace and defence organisations modernise engineering and operations with AI, building intelligent solutions that improve efficiency and bring AI into production.
Built with the best
Where aerospace teams lose time today
Production plans live in spreadsheets
Every schedule change means calls, emails and rework.
Every audit is a paper chase
Part records are pieced together by hand from files and inboxes.
Sensitive data can’t use public AI
Drawings and specifications must stay inside your network.
The ERP can’t see the shop floor
Navision or SAP tracks the money, not the work in progress.
Three ways to bring AI into aerospace
Start with the one that fits where you are.
AI Strategy and Roadmap
Know where AI pays first
We map your engineering and operations work and rank the use cases worth building.
Agentic AI
Agents that run whole jobs
Document review, quality checks and reporting, done end to end on your own hardware.
Automation Platforms
One system, order to dispatch
Planning, production and quality on one platform, alongside Navision or SAP.
Not sure where to start?
In 30 minutes, we’ll map where AI fits your organisation and what to build first.

01 Order
The order arrives from Navision. Nobody re-keys it.
- Five modules: planning and MRP, procure to pay, production, quality and traceability, management reporting
- Live read and write to Microsoft Navision

Nothing leaves your network
01Air-gapped by design
Built to run with no internet connection, not adapted to it later.
02Models you vet
Open-source models chosen with your security team, ruled out by origin if your policy says so.
03Alongside your ERP
Navision or SAP keeps finance. The platform runs operations and syncs both ways.

Asked before every briefing
How we start: one line, one site
- Pick one product line at one site.
- We map its journey from order to dispatch with your quality team.
- Phase one goes live on your hardware. The next line reuses it.
Can everything run air-gapped, with no internet connection?
Yes. The models, the data, the application and its logs run on your own hardware, inside your network. Our document AI proof of concept for a defence directorate ran on an air-gapped network with an on-premise model and no outside connection.
Which AI models do you use on-premise?
Open-source models chosen with your security team and sized to run on your hardware, so nothing calls an outside AI service. Where your policy requires it, we rule out models by origin.
Will it replace Navision or SAP?
No. Your ERP stays the system of record for finance. The platform runs the shop floor and syncs both ways: for Nucon Aerospace, the manufacturing execution system reads and writes to Microsoft Navision over its API.
Does it support AS9100 and NADCAP?
The system we are building for Nucon Aerospace is built to support both: first article inspection, material test reports, non-conformance and rework, an AS9100 audit trail and NADCAP documents on one record per part. Certification stays yours; we build the traceability your auditors ask for.
How do you handle security clearances and site access?
You set the rules. Our engineers work under your site, access and data-handling policies, and on air-gapped work nothing leaves your premises. Tell us what your programme requires, and we will tell you plainly what we can meet.
Are you ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified?
Yes. KnackLabs is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 (certificate GCAI-ISMS-FP64, issued 22 September 2026, valid to 21 September 2029) and is SOC 2 certified.
