About the role
Our PMs are embedded, not arms-length. In the first three days you learn how a client’s work actually runs and frame the problem worth solving. Then you keep the team shipping against value the client can feel.
You’re the person who can sit with a COO in the morning and review an eval suite with engineers in the afternoon.
What you'll own
- Map client workflows and pain points in the first week of an engagement.
- Frame the problem and define what a successful prototype proves, then defend it from scope creep.
- Run the validate-iterate loop and drive a clear go / no-go by end of week three.
- Translate between client leadership and the engineering team, both directions.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in product management, ideally on technical or operational products.
- You’ve shipped software that changed how a real team works, and can prove the value.
- Fluent talking to both executives and engineers; you write with precision.
- Comfortable being onsite and embedded with client teams.
Nice to have
- Background in operations, consulting, or enterprise software.
- Working understanding of AI agents and their failure modes.
